Delivery: Free in most cases but restrictions apply, free delivery is subject to where you live
Our efficient delivery service ensures that your product, whether it’s a log cabin, garden office, garage, summerhouse, shed, garden storage product, shed accessory or another of our Buy Direct products, arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery is FREE to most UK mainland destinations. Extra charges may apply on some products to certain destinations. Please enter your postcode in the postcode checker which is located under the add to basket button on product pages (see example below), to view our delivery services and pick a day availability to your area.
Delivery lead times vary depending on product, manufacturer and delivery location.
The estimated delivery lead time for each product is identified on the product page. Lead times are in working days (monday – friday). These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed – due to fluctuation in demand – but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time.
Your delivery will be made to a safe location within your property boundary, and where possible this will be off any public footpaths or highways. We ask that you ensure there is sufficient space on your property to accept your order, especially if you have ordered a product from one of our larger garden building ranges.
Unfortunately under no circumstances can the product be taken around the back of the property and we typically plan to deliver to the front garden or drive. Health and Safety and Insurance liabilities also prevent us from entering your property for access and should you live in a flat or request delivery to an allotment we will still only be able to deliver to that point of the property adjacent to the roadway.
